How does asthma naturally heal from Ayurveda?

Asthma can be cured naturally through Ayurveda. Thousands of people cured their asthma through the Ayurvedic way. In Ayurveda, asthma heals naturally through the use of Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic medicines, yogic exercises and a healthy diet plan.

Ayurvedic treatments such as Snehan, Sudation, Vaman Panchkarma are very useful to remove Kapha (water) from the lungs and relieve asthma. Let's get to know these therapies one by one.

1. Nehan therapy

Snehan therapy is also known as wave therapy and in this therapy sesame oil is rubbed against the chest of the asthmatic patient. One can do this at home too.

Take the sesame oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix it. Rub the mixture against the patient's chest. If sesame oil is not available, you can also do this with mustard oil.

2. Sweating Therapy

Sudation Therapy is a very curative therapy for the asthmatic patient. In this therapy, the patient has to inhale the hot steam mixed with eucalyptus oil. One can also do it at home.

Take hot water and add a few drops of eucalyptus oil that lead to the swell and take the steam inhalation. A hot towel squeezed in salt water can also be placed on the patient's chest that gives relief from breathing.

3. Vaman Panchkarma Therapy

Vamana Therapy is one of the five therapies of Panchakarma, which eliminates the toxins of Kapha (Water) that accumulate in the body and respiratory tract. One can have this therapy in the Ayurvedic clinic.


Ayurvedic remedies for asthma

The current rapid industrialization and uncontrolled pollution lead to chronic diseases. Asthma is common among children, youth and the elderly. Ayurvedic herbal supplements and medications are the best to cure asthma naturally.

Below are some Ayurvedic remedies and medications for asthmatic patients that can be found online or at the nearby Ayurvedic store:

1. Herbal tea

Herbal tea composed of Ajwain (Trchyspermum), Tulsi (Ocimum Sanctum), pepper and ginger is a very useful remedy for asthmatic patients.

One can make this herbal tea at home and the regular dose once a day is enough.

2. Herbal ginger powder, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric and cardamom

Take 5 grams of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, turmeric and 30 grams of sugar. Put everything in a grinder and make a powder of all and then take one or half teaspoon and mix it with honey twice a day.

3. Pasta with herbs, raisins, ginger and honey

Amla is a rich source of vitamin C and is very useful for asthmatic patients. Ginger and honey are also known to eliminate cough, and the combination of Amla, raisins, ginger and honey is a great help for asthma sufferers.

One can make the paste of the four herbal ingredients at home and take their dose regularly. To make a paste, boil the amlas until they soften, after boiling, remove the seed from the amla and grind the amlas in a grinder to make a paste, when preparing amla, put raisins, honey and ginger and grind until It mixes well.
